The palm house is just about perfect. We stayed here in Easter 2019 and found it to be just what we wanted and hoped for in a villa. It’s spacious, the air con is a life saver, the pool is a great size and the family has plenty of space. It’s 30 mins from the parks, 15 mins from Walmart and the brilliant Kissimmee centre, with restaurants, mini golf and Old Town.
The villa interior has been significantly updated since 2019 so when we arrived in April 2022 we were thrilled to see new ceiling fans, new sofas in both rooms downstairs, new furniture in the pool area and new curtains in the lounge. The new stuff isn’t on the photos yet, but it’s beautifully done. We practically lived in the kitchen area as the massive corner sofa was soooo cosy!
I would never stay anywhere else when visiting Orlando, the palm house has everything we need in a brilliant location, it’s quiet and peaceful at night, no traffic problems and no hassle driving to Disney etc.
Looking forward to visiting again in 2024!

We have just returned from an amazing stay at Palm House. This Villa has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing, enjoyable holiday. The amenities were second to none ranging from a fully equipped kitchen to a superb Pool Area with Hot Tub.
The views all around, especially from the pool were beautiful and it was always peaceful and quiet enabling you to relax after a busy day at the Parks.
The owner was especially helpful, replying very promptly to any queries we had and was only too happy to help. We will definitely look to book this Villa on our next visit to Florida!

We stayed at Palm House for 13 nights in June/July 2019.
The villa is fully equipt with everything that you may need during your stay from a fully functioning kitchen to towels, linen and a BBQ flat plate for when you fancy cooking outside.
The villa was extremely clean and spacious and we had a fantastic time. The service from the owners and management team from start to finish including responses to emails and preliminary information was top notch - there is also a hard copy guide in the villa to help you work appliances and with advice as to local supermarkets, eateries etc. The DVD collection and large TV with Netflix in the lounge were also welcomed.
The pool area and hot tub really were the highlight of our stay at the villa allowing downtime between visiting parks and added something extra to the evenings we spent relaxing. The table tennis table, air hockey and football table in the games room were also great fun and a lovely addition to our holiday (healthy competition is good on a holiday right?!).
Overall, I would recommend staying at Palm House to anyone looking for accommodation in and around the Orlando area and would definitely return as and when we next holiday in Florida.

I have just returned from a fantastic holiday in Florida where I (along with 5 other adults) stayed at Palm House.
I could not be happier with the accommodation. With the personal email after booking, comprehensive instructions after payment and printed property guide upon arrival we felt well taken care of, valued and in no way confused by the differences of living in an American home for two weeks.
The house is really well equipped. The HUGE TV, in the living room (and smaller TV's in all the other rooms) have cable which is a welcome distraction when the Florida rain starts to fall (it doesn't rain often but when it does it really comes down!!!). The larger TV is also equipped with Netflix (you just need to log into your account). The whole house and pool area also benefits from super fast wifi.
The kitchen is really well kitted out with everything you need to comfortably cater for 6 people. All the rooms are a comfortable size and at no point do you feel you are living on top of each other. The air con and ceiling fans do a good job of keeping the whole house cool in the baking heat.
The pool and hot tub really are the icing on the cake! The pool is clean (a company comes once a week to treat it but wont disturb you if you are using it when they arrive) and is just the right size for a splash about or a swim.
We didn't use the games room all that much but all the equipment in there seemed to be in good shape with plenty of room for a game of doubles any of the tables (air hockey, table tennis and table football).
The location is perfect for a quiet life that isn't too far away from the resorts. There is some fantastic wildlife including Golden Eagles and Alligators that can be spotted in the Crescent Lakes area. If you need to work off the extra pounds from the typical American diet then Anytime Fitness (well equipped 24 hour gym that is a 5 minute drive) offers a 2 week membership for $60. There is also a MASSIVE Walmart about 20 minutes away that isn't too far out the way if you are travelling between the Disney Parks and Palm House.
Long story short, If you are looking for somewhere to stay in the Kissimmee area then look no further. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

We had a fantastic time. The standard of the Villa and its location in relation to all the places we wanted to go (Disney, Universal, Busch Gdns etc) was fantastic. Nowhere was more than a half hour away. We've been coming out to the States for years and appreciate how big the country is so the the short travel times were most welcome.
The pool was great, no better way to cool off after a day in the sun at the parks, our boys loved it.
Renting the villa was a simple and stress free process courtesy of the prompt courteous replies to emails. Payments and return of the security deposit was all done electronically so was quick & easy. We stayed for 10 nights which was no issue for the owners & great for us. Other villas we had looked at only offered full weeks
We can't recommend the villa and its owner highly enough, definitely 10 out of 10.

After a very long flight with two small children and the negotiation of US immigration it was wonderful to step through the the door of the Palm House and feel like you are home.
The layout is perfect and the decor is lovely. All the extras for a baby were available and the two strollers were perfect.
The master bed is huge and very comfortable.
The pool area is lovely unfortunately we only used the pool once as our days were so full I would recommend the pool heat as it was a bit chilly. We will try the hot tub on our next visit when the kids are older and don't wear us out as much.
In summary it is a lovely place it stay in a lovely neighbourhood and I would not hesitate to recommend staying here.

We stayed in the villa in March 16 for 10 nights and I have to say it was a fabulous experience.
Booking/payment was painless and we received all the information required 8 weeks before our visit via email.
Upon arrival we found the villa to be in pristine condition. It contained everything we could ever want including a useful folder full of information and hints/tips for the area.
The villa is huge for a family of 4 but this was great as it gave us all chance to rest up and relax after long days at the parks.
The pool area is lovely and a real sun trap. The security doors leading outside are particularly good for child safety.
As well as the pool area the kids enjoyed the games room which included air hockey, table football, table tennis(this could do with being updated) and a ps2 console.
We had two 'issues' whilst we were there. A storm forced some of the electric to fuse out. We rang the maintenance company 'the villa people' and their manager, 'Olga' came out within the hour to look at and sort the problem.
The other issue was, my daughter accidentally broke a lamp. We reported it straight away and the attitude from both Olga and Tracey (the owner) was 'accidents happen' which was really nice.
So, rating out of 10 for our visit...10
Would we recommend....yes
Would we go back...DEFINITELY!!!
