["WOW! Your pool and deck are amazing."]
This is the kind of comment we get from [other villa owners] when they see our pool and deck. If other villa owners are this impressed, imagine how much fun you could have there yourself.
["Oh Waw! Your games room is not in the garage like most others. People will be able to play in here summer or winter, morning, noon or night."]
Another thing we've been hearing lately since we did the games room conversion. And it's true. Our games room is in the house, not in the garage. This means it is air-conditioned. Very, very important when you think of Florida temperatures!!
["That's really clever! You can use this room as a media room, or a single bedroom, or a twin, or even a third master ... oh gosh ... you can use it as a nursery too if you have very small children.]
Yep - we've made the villa so flexible that you can use it in exactly the way that suits you best. If you want a nursery, you've got one. If you want a third master, you've got one.

Probably the best thing about the villa, the thing you will enjoy the most, is something that can't be touched or very easily quantified. It is hard to describe using words alone. It's that sheer feeling of quality and comfort that runs right through everything. The immediate wow-factor you get when you first set foot through the front door leaves you in no doubt that you've hit on one of Orlando's gems.
Achieving this is not easy. It doesn't happen automatically and takes a lot of care and attention to detail. By all means, put us to the test and ask us to explain some of the planning, thinking and tweaks that make the villa what it is. It all started years before the builder even started digging and we are more than happy to tell you the story of the background work that went into making the villa as good as it is today. To use some words from the great Bill Shankley. We don't advertise that the villa is like living in a show home. It's way better than that.

[Imagine ... spending the day trying to decide if the sky is bluer than the pool, or the pool bluer than the sky.]
[What shall we do today?] A question you so often ask yourself when vacationing in Orlando. You have the whole of Disney just a few minutes away, along with all the other Orlando theme parks and major attractions. Yet it feels like a wrench to leave the villa. Even the children are telling you that Disney can wait. They want to spend another day in the pool, they love it that much. And so do you! You take a quick glance through the window and even now, early in the morning, the sun is already on the deck and pool, throwing sparkling flecks of light off the shimmering water. A million lightning fingers are beckoning you to jump straight in. You know that the sun won't quit until it finally sets. Just there over to the right. Just over the approach to the 2nd green where yesterday you watched so many golfers, an occasional one searching amongst the pine trees for a mis-hit shot.
You remember how you spent yesterday by the pool; at least until the sun got too hot and forced a temporary retreat to the shade of the lanai. You try telling yourself that you can't spend another day by the pool. Can you? Even as this thought dances through your head you catch yourself looking at the loungers. So comfortable! Yours is still exactly where you left it, giving you the most amazing view over the golf course each time you raised your eyes just a fraction over the top of your book. The kids are already asking you to switch off the villas alarm and take the lock off the door so that they can have a quick swim. Just a quick one they promise. They promised yesterday as well. Surely today you should be at a theme park. Yesterday was such a good day though. You can't spend another day by the pool.
Can you?
[Imagine ... having so much choice, yet choosing none of it.]
[What shall we do tonight?] You start to ponder the question even before you are out of the shower. You know that you've been in the shower far too long, but big showers just do that for you. You reach for the towel and start to wonder if the shower is actually big enough to dry yourself while you are still in it ... while it's still running. Surely not? The idea takes hold in your head, and with a grin, you tick off another little crazy thing from your must-try list.
Maybe you'll try a new restaurant tonight. They are all so close that you haven't yet eaten at the same place twice. You might even walk across to Berry Town Center. You still can't believe that there are shops and bars just a five-minute walk away. You think back to last night's takeaway. It was so nice being only a short walk from the Chinese, and the food was delicious. Sesame chicken with vegetable fried rice. Yum! You had planned to go out somewhere last night but then while flicking through the TV guide you spotted a movie on one of the high-definition channels that you had been wanting to see for months.
[Quality Designed In]
Getting this kind of magical feel into a holiday villa is not easy. It takes time, energy and lots of commitment. When we started looking for a villa we knew exactly what we wanted. We worked towards the end product in the same way that a top chef sees the exact dish they want to create and then works all the ingredients, preparation and cooking towards producing that perfectly presented and exquisitely tasting meal.
With Highlands Reserve, we found what we believe (still) to be the most gorgeous place for a home. The time spent researching which plot would have the best view, where the sun would rise and set, where the pool would be, how would it all work together, was time well spent indeed. We had to wait over a year for the developer to make that plot available and almost a year beyond than before the villa was built. But good things come to those who wait, and all those days walking around the barren, sandy development became so worthwhile when we first set foot through the villas front door.
Wow! That's the only way to describe our reaction.
When you see it for yourself, how will you describe yours?
[Support and Service]
Having the most fantastic villa in Orlando is nothing if it isn't backed by a similar standard of service. I take a huge personal pride in the quality of service I offer to my guests and do my very utmost to offer the kind of personal service that turns a wonderful vacation into something even more special. A recent guest described this as having a personal host and travel guide whenever they wanted, a kind of ghost host.
[The Best Bit]
This obviously varies from person to person, but for us, it's the pool and spa; and especially the spa. The control system can control the spa temperature independent from the main pool temperature, and boy is it currently set hot. It's safe to say that relaxing in the 100+ degree bubbles with a beer or nice glass of wine, watching the sunset over the golf course is just idyllic; and if it's late when you get back from the theme parks, a dip in the spa makes a perfect end to a perfect day.
Youll love it!
