You really can visit in the morning, spend the afternoons by the pool and return within minutes. Sunset Lakes is a small community of homes surrounding two private lakes in a tranquil setting. As well as your own private swimming pool the estate also boasts a communal pool, cabana and children’s play area. The shops, malls and restaurants of Kissimmee’s Highway 192 are only minutes away. Sunset Lakes is one of the most exclusive addresses close to Disney. Golf and Country Clubs are in abundance in this part of West Kissimmee.

Our Formal Living/Dining Room is bright very spacious and beautifully furnished with new Quality Leather furniture. A 3 seat sofa with queen size pullout mattress, 2 seat sofa and recliner chair make this room a joy to relax in.

The Family Room with its Entertainment Centre is the place to get together. Here you will find HD Cable TV, a DVD, and the Music Centre. Also a good selection of books and films for your enjoyment. Relax on the luxurious Blue Leather furniture which includes a total of 3 recliners and sits 7 guests comfortably.

Our great American Kitchen comes equipped with everything you are likely to need. All appliances are of high quality and there is an abundance of tableware and cutlery. Countertops are granite and a counter height bar with stools provides additional seating.

The Breakfast Nook is surrounded by patio doors which lead to the spacious pool area. With its day-long sunshine it is a delightful place to sit with your morning coffee and look out at the Stunning Lake View.

We have a fully equipped Laundry Room with Washer, Dryer, Sink, Iron and Ironing Board.

Our 28' x 14' Pool is South Facing, enjoying day-long sunshine and a stunning lake view. The larger of the two lanais is a perfect place for alfresco dining under the cooling breeze of the ceiling fan. Enjoy an evening drink at your own Tiki Bar (situated on the second lanai) while watching the sunset on the lake. Listen to the gentle sound of the TROPICAL WATERFALL.

Our fantastic Games Room is AIR CONDITIONED for your comfort. We stress this because many villas have beautiful games rooms but are too hot to enjoy with Air Conditioning. It has an 8' x 4' Slate Bed Pool Table, TV, Table Foosball and Air Hockey. For those who prefer to watch the action, we have put in a Bar Table and Chairs.

To complete the ground floor we have a bathroom with vanity basin and toilet.

The strikingly attractive Master Bedroom has:

Luxurious American King Size Bed, Dresser, Bedside Cabinets, Flat Screen Cable TV, Radio Alarm & Ceiling Fan. Adjoining is the elegant en-suite bathroom with corner bath, large shower cubicle, his & her vanity basins, a separate toilet and a large Walk-in Wardrobe.

The beautiful second Master Bedroom has an optional en-suite so can be adapted to suit your party. It has a luxury American Queen Size Bed, Dresser, Bedside Cabinets, Cable TV, Radio Alarm, Ceiling Fan and walk-in wardrobe. The adjoining bathroom has Large Shower Cubicle, vanity basin and toilet.

A further very large American King Size Bedroom has Dresser, Bedside Cabinets, Cable TV, Radio Alarm, Ceiling Fan and Walk-in Wardrobe.

The two large Twin Bedrooms are decorated with the young in mind. Our Princess Twin includes a Princess Wall and the other Twin your Disney friends.

The 3rd Bathroom is Nemo themed and has a bath, over-bath shower, vanity basin and toilet.

To complete the upper floor we have a large Linen Closet with a generous supply of all sizes of Towels.

Rentals of less than one week will be charged a cleaning fee of £60/US$105

A deposit of £200/$350 per week is required to secure a booking.

A Security Deposit of £200/US$300 is required to be paid with final payment.

We stayed at this lovely home for two weeks, the house was immaculately clean and very welcoming,we spent a lot of time by and in the pool which was so enjoyable for us.

We were a family of 6 staying for 10 days in June 2018. The villa location is perfect, just a couple of minutes drive off the 192 highway. It is really close to animal Kingdom via the back road to the Osceola Parkway but it also close to the turn off to Disney area (less than 10 mins depending on traffic). Plenty of restaurantes nearby and a Walmart for your convenience.
Sunset Lakes is a gated property area and is very quiet. Sunset Retreat is a lovely villa with everything you need. The downstairs areas are very spacious incl the kitchen which is well equipped. The games room was excellent and the air con worked fine. The pool and pool area is really good with plenty of seating. All the rooms are of a good standard and the master ensuite was huge. There is a safe on the first floor landing in the closet which is digital and easy to use. Couldn’t really find any negatives other than the outside BBQ which is housed in a kitchen unit with sink etc need updating and we didn’t use. Outside TV was a plus as we were there for the World Cup. Overall a great stay and would recommend.
