Sandy Ridge- residing in an upscale subdivision in the Orlando suburb of Davenport ,Florida Ridge Villa is conveniently situated near all of Florida’s best theme parks, including Disney World. This is a very popular location, which is borne out by the number of repeat guests who continue to make it their first choice.

Just 15 minutes from the magic of Disney as well as close to all the other attractions (depending on time and traffic).

*Our Villa sleeps 10 with pure comfort, there is a sofa bed that sleeps 2 and a crib/cot for a little one.

*1 Master En-suite bedroom with king-size bed.

*1 Queen Master En-suite bedroom with queen bed

*2 Cozy Twin Bedroom with 4 beds total

Our master bedrooms have a TV, En-suite bathroom with shower, bath, toilet, large closet with hair dryer and linen (including towels) is provided for guest use.

Two twin-bedrooms, both have large closets sharing a bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and hair dryer and linen (including towels) is provided for guest use.

Our bedroom is tastefully furnished with items like nightstands, reading lamps, framed art, and even flat screen TVs with DVD players, twin bedrooms also include a Nintendo Wii system. The bedrooms are quiet and peaceful places where you’ll surely get all the rejuvenating sleep needed for your Davenport / Orlando adventures.

Pool Area :

Take a soothing soak in the bubbling spa, or hop in the pool and play a fun game of Marco Polo with your family. Our Pool has a safety fence, a covered Lanai with a ceiling fan. Enjoy AL fresco dining on the screened-in back patio with sun loungers, pool furniture to sit, relax or chat.

Games Room :

There’s also a flat screen tv, Retro arcade video games, pool table / Air Hockey, and Darts for late night games with the entire family.

Family Room :

Together with your group, settle into the living area’s comfy seating for an afternoon movie on the flat screen, cable-equipped TV with a DVD player and a large selection of DVD’s You’ll also enjoy great sound with the Bluetooth-connected sound system. And if that’s not enough, there’s even a Nintendo Wii for a video game tournament. Large selection of DVDs, plus Play Station and board games.

Our Family room is central to the villa with Patio doors leading to the Pool Area.

Kitchen :

You’ll work up a hefty appetite with all these fun activities, so head into the kitchen to whip up a fresh feast. Use the kitchen’s modern appliances, a variety of cookware, and ample counter-tops for all your culinary creations.

Our kitchen is fully equipped, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, waste-disposal unit, in fact everything you will need.

Leading from the Kitchen is a separate Laundry Room with large washer and dryer. All linen and towels are provided.

Dining Area :

Share meals and your day’s highlights at the six-seat dining table.

Low season prices from $1,025 / £775 per week.

Peak season prices from $1,325 / £895 per week.

** Rates are inclusive of all utilities and taxes

** For stays of 8 nights or less a cleaning surcharge of £150 or $175 applies.

* *Refundable Security Bond /accidental damages £300/$400 due upon arrival

Hello, my name is Noreen Younge owner of Florida Ridge Villa. I am the proud owners of Florida Ridge Villa. I love to travel to many places for our holidays, but my absolute favorite place to visit is Florida -Walt Disney world and the surrounding areas.

It all started many years ago while vacationing with our children, we were amazed at the beauty of Florida and the surrounding areas and to see the excitement on our little ones faces when meeting Disney princesses, Mickey or Minnie Mouse and any other characters who might be out signing autographs at any of the Theme parks etc.. Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom and this excitement continues year after year on our visit.

With many upgrades within the past few years and planned future updates , Florida Ridge Villa is setup to be stress free, economical and tons of fun for all ages, whether you are relaxing by the pool soaking up the sun or lounging in the family room. Florida ridge villa is located just a few minutes away from the magic of Walt Disney World.

It is a beautiful villa and my family and I felt very comfortable in it for our 2 week holiday and we would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a nice and quiet location not too far from Disney and close to some great restaurants.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family holiday which was definitely helped by being able to relax and unwind in a very clean, tidy and overall lovely villa.

A lovely, modern villa in a perfect position for Disney and Universal parks. Very well equipped. Would definitely stay there again on our next visit.
