We’re excited to welcome you to our home - Sunsets at Sanctuary.

Set on a peaceful conservation area with uninterrupted sunset and conservation views, this southwest-facing villa was designed for dreamy evenings and unforgettable memories.
With 4 spacious bedrooms — including 2 kings, a queen, and a Star Wars-themed twin room that’s perfect for young Jedi’s — there’s room for the whole family to unwind. Every bedroom comes with its own Smart TV, while the main living area features a 65” Smart TV for cozy movie nights.

Enjoy the freedom of a fully equipped kitchen, a Keurig coffee machine for your morning brew, and space to dine indoors or out by the pool.
Inside, you’ll find a pool table, foosball table, and Xbox One console in the games room. Outside, soak in the spa, swim in the private southwest-facing pool, and take in those magical conservation views.
With parking for two cars on the driveway, you can come and go with ease — though once you arrive, you may never want to leave.

After entering our light filled entrance hallway you will find 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a stylish, spacious lounge, a modern, fully fitted kitchen and a games room with Foosball table, pool table, dart board and 2 golf club sets.

Our favourite area has to be the pool where we spend most of our time, enjoying the sun by day, then the sunsets and a glass of wine as evening arrives.

[POOL AND SPA]

With beautiful views over the conservation area, no rear neighbours and regular visits from the Florida Sandhill cranes, this makes the perfect place to enjoy the pool and spa.
We have 8 Palm Casual sun loungers and reclining chairs. A Palm Casual dining table and chairs and have recently added a rattan sofa and table to our lanai for making the most of the shade in the hot Floridian sun.
The pool has been resurfaced and stunning iridescent pool tiles have been added to complete the look.
With an extended pool deck, 30' x 15' pool and spa you'll not want to leave.
Our pool is SouthWest facing so you will experience the most amazing sunsets during your visit.

[MASTER BEDROOM]

With views over the pool and conservation area our Master bedroom is a separate suite, incorporating a walk-in wardrobe and large en-suite bathroom
The bedroom has a King Size bed, dressers, bedside tables, lamps, ceiling fan and flat screen Smart TV.
The en-suite bathroom has His and Hers vanity units, sinks, large bath tub, separate walk-in shower and WC.
Two hairdryers and hair straighteners can be found in this bathroom.

[LIVING ROOM]

This modern, spacious living area has views over the pool and conservation area.
There is ample, comfortable seating for 8 guests, a 65" LG Smart TV, an X-Box One console and games and a small library of books for guests to enjoy.

[KITCHEN AND DINING AREA]

Our Fully fitted, modern kitchen is light and bright. The kitchen comprises of an oven and hob, Fridge/Freezer with ice maker, microwave, air fryer, slow cooker, electric kettle, Kuerig coffee maker, toaster and blender.
All linens, crockery, cutlery, glassware and outdoor dining ware are provided.
We have a large dining table and chairs to accommodate 8 guests.

[SECOND MASTER BEDROOM]

We have a King sized bed in this bedroom, together with a wardrobe, dresser, bedside table, lamps, ceiling fan and flat screen Smart TV.

[SHOWER ROOM]

Adjacent to the Second Master bedroom is a shower room which has a large walk-in shower with shower screen, vanity unit, sink, WC and a hairdryer.

[QUEEN BEDROOM]

This bedroom has a Queen sized bed, wardrobe, dresser, bedside table, table lamps, ceiling fans and flat screen Smart TV.

[JACK N JILL BATHROOM]

The Jack n Jill bathroom is en-suite to both our Queen size bedroom and Star Wars twin bedroom.
This bathroom has a large vanity unit, bath with shower over, WC and 2 hairdryers.

[STAR WARS BEDROOM]

Our star wars bedroom is perfect for young or not so young Jedi's. Fully themed and having 2 twin beds, wardrobe, dresser, bedside table and lamp, ceiling fan and flat screen Smart TV.

[LAUNDRY AREA]

We have an LG High Efficiency washer and separate dryer. All of our pool towels are kept here too so there is no need to bring your own. Save space in your luggage for souvenirs!

£20 per night - pool heating

£110 cleaning fee for stays of 6 nights or less

£400 security deposit

We require a 20% deposit at the time of booking

The balance is due 12 weeks before the date of arrival

We are Sue and Norm Wright and we have owned our villa, Sunsets at Sanctuary since 2016.

We live in South Yorkshire, but fell in love with Orlando in 1999 when we first visited Florida. We couldn’t wait to visit each year, from the theme parks, to the shopping to the sunshine and general feeling of magic it quickly began to feel like our second home.

Owning a villa at that time was a very distant dream, but one that we couldn’t stop thinking about.

We finally found our dream home in Sanctuary, West Haven in 2016 and knew immediately this was Our Happy Place.

We love to share our home with guests, many of whom return year and year.

We have poured love and care into our home and we look forward to welcoming you to our home.
