Please NOTE: this home only sleeps a maximum of 10 people plus a baby / infant in a crib / cot.

The home is fully furnished and includes MANY EXTRAS to make your stay even more enjoyable. The private pool can be heated in the winter months and the kids will love all the inflatable toys.

Having young kids ourselves, we have tried to make the villa as 'child-friendly' as possible.

Hampton Lakes attracts people back year after year. There are numerous golf courses within a short drive and the villa is only 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport.

Our privately owned villa has a King size Double room & a Queen size double room, both with en-suite facilities, which is great for 2 families. The villa has 2,336 sq ft of living area in addition to an extended pool deck. We also have a Games Room with a slate bed 8’ pool table, Table Tennis, a Foosball Table and a 7’ air hockey table.

It is located in the prestigious Hampton Lakes development and is perfectly located only 12 miles drive from the Disney Theme Parks. Restaurants & shops are only 5 minutes drive and there is a supermarket less than 2 miles away.

The pool area has luxury cushioned pool furniture (chairs & loungers) and we have added a [4-person Hot Tub]. The deck area has privacy screening.

Our Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, and all utensils. There is also a washer, dryer, iron & ironing board.

Bedrooms – 1 King Size Room, 1 Queen Size Room with en-suites, TVs with Cable and DVD players, hairdryers, & radio alarms. There are a further 3 twin bedrooms upstairs sharing another a full bathroom. All linen and towels are provided.

In the lounge, there is a large 65" Smart TV with Cable and DVD player with films. There is also a portable CD player & CDs.

For your safety all of the following are fitted or are available in our home:

Peak Dates are Christmas, New Year and Easter when rates are GBP £895 or US $1250 per week (with spa & pool heat included)

A Booking Deposit of GBP £200 or US $250 is required. Balance is payable 60 days prior to arrival date together with a refundable Security Deposit of £250 or $300 (via Credit Card swipe on arrival)

We are happy to take payments in pounds or dollars.

Payment in Euros and CAN $ can also be made if requested at the time of booking.

For your security & convenience, the booking deposit can be paid by credit card.

A cleaning fee of £65 or $95 applies for stays of under 6 nights.

Our lovely home in Florida was bought in 2004 for our families & friends to enjoy. After travelling to Orlando for a number of vacations, we could see the attraction of having our own home in the Sunshine State. We both had young families that loved Florida and to this day we all still get excited about going back every year.

As it is primarily our holiday home, we like to keep upgrading the property & adding things like the Hot Tub & large LCD TV.

However, we also know how important our guests holidays are. Its the 2 weeks of the year that everyone looks forward to and exploring the Magic of Florida is a special one. We are very professional in our approach to ensure everything is perfect, from the initial booking right through until you return home. We have an excellent Management team that look after our home, who share the same values & professional approach.

Everything was as advertised and Iain was a pleasure to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anybody planning to spend time in Orlando.

I have visited the USA many times before but this was my first Visit to Florida. The Directions to the Villa were spot on, and the Information pack was very helpful. Someone has taken time to get that right. The Villa was clean and comfortable we very quickly settled in. All the amenities you would expect at home plus a bit more. The access to the Parks both Disney and Universal was excellent. I guess when writing a review, the main question is would you recommend this Villa to a friend, The answer is yes and I have done
