Description

This beautiful, 5 bedroom, three and a half bath home is situated in the secure gated community of Sunset Lakes and sits on the banks of a stunning natural lake.

Sunset Lakes is located only 4 miles from Walt Disney World Resort and approximately 15-20 minutes drive from Islands of Adventure, Universal Studios, Aquatica, Sea World and Discovery Cove. Restaurants, Shops, Supermarkets, Banks, a Medical Centre and gas stations are only a two-minute drive away.

This modern villa has a large open family room and informal dining area with Cable TV & DVD and gives direct access to the pool deck.

Our newly converted Games Room is equipped with a full-size Slate Bed Pool Table, Foosball Table and an Illuminated Darts Board. There are also plenty of Board Games and Pool Toys available for children to play with.

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with a Cooker, Dishwasher, Microwave Oven, Sink Disposal and a large Fridge/Freezer with Icemaker. There are full Laundry Facilities with a Washer & Dryer and all rooms are fully Heated/Air-Conditioned for year-round comfort.

In addition, the villa has 2 Master Suites, both with King Size beds and also large Ensuite Bathrooms with walk-in showers, large Bath/Tub, Twin Hand Basins and separate toilets. There are a further 3 bedrooms, one with a full-size Double bed, 1 Twin and 1 Triple Bunk bedroom ( twin bed over a full bed) All bedrooms have Cable TVs & DVDs and ceiling Fans for added comfort.

There is also a foldaway bed (Z Bed) available. Our baby equipment includes a highchair, a beautiful wooden cot/crib with bedding and a stroller available for you to use, free of charge

The Pool (with optional heating available) overlooks a beautiful natural lake which attracts an abundance of wildlife and fishing is permitted. You will find plenty of comfortable poolside furniture, an outside shower, a gas Barbecue(grill) and outdoor fan and lighting. There is also a large covered lanai, perfect for al fresco dining or if you prefer just to escape from the Florida sunshine.

Balance of payment to be received 10 weeks prior to arrival date

For Stays of less than 7 Days, a cleaning charge of $100.00 is added

Pool Heat recommended Nov - March and charged at $180.00 per week (inclusive of tax) Minimum 4 days pool heat $120.00
