We have had an amazing time at your villa. It had everything we needed. It was easy to find, it was very clean, plenty of dishes and cutlery and the beds were very comfy. The pool was lovely and warm and the kids used it every opportunity they got. The booking process was so easy and after the first phone call we knew we picked the right people to rent from. Your villa has been our home away from. Easy access to all the Disney and Universal Parks (Toll Free!!) great lay out. All your recommendations for places to eat and shopping were really useful. Milk Shakes at Steak and Shake have been a frequent treat. Always on hand to answer any questions we have. Kids love "Forty" your next door neighbours cat. Thank you so much Dianne and Jerry for a super stay in your lovely villa in Kissimmee. We had a brilliant holiday in a "home from home" villa we had everything we needed in the villa and really enjoyed the pool and added bonus of a games room. Everything worked for us, the position of the villa from all the Disney parks, the space we needed to chill out after long days out we had planned all the towels and appliances we needed to have breakfast and make dinner on our rest days!. Not that we had many! Nothing was needed as everything was provided that we needed to use, plenty of towels and comfy beds. The communication before we arrived and questions answered/information given that was needed, was second to none for our dream holiday...A big thank you for making our dream holiday in Orlando everything we needed and wanted it to be!!. We've had a fantastic 2 week holiday here! The villa has been lovely! Our two young girls have loved playing in the pool everyday. We've had plenty of space in the villa and it has been great to have a dishwasher, washing ,machine and dryer to help keep things clean. Its been quiet and peaceful here and the A/C was definitely needed in the heat the last two weeks. We've loved the parks ( Please look into Genie + if you want to get on a lot of rides) Chillis and Bahama Breeze have been great places to eat and Walmart has all the supplies we've needed. Big thanks to Jerry and Dianne for letting us stay here, they made it really easy to book, kept us up to date with everything on WhatsApp and answered any questions we had. We'd love to come and stay here again!! Thank you very much !!

Had a fab two weeks in the Villa. Villa has all of the amenities that you need and has lots of things to keep the children entertained. Within a good distance for all of the Disney parks and lots of restaurants close by to choose from. Already starting to plan our next trip back.

A Quiet, comfortable, clean, well equipped family villa with pool in nice neighbourhood, but just a short drive from all the amenities including Disney and the other theme parks of Seaworld and Universal. What made it different for us was the help and consideration from the hosts about purchasing park tickets and the low down on the local restaurants and places to eat, shopping and tolls on the roads, Beaches and everything else really which was so helpful to make the vacation more relaxing. Aug 2022 - this was our second stay in Dianne & Jerry's 4 bed villa. The villa is spacious and clean, very much a home from home for us. We have 2 teenage boys so the games room and pool are great for some downtime. Also the laundry facilities help us to travel light. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The neighbourhood is quiet and in a great location. There are several supermarkets, plenty of restaurants and fast food outlets all in a short drive on the 192. The villa is in a great location for the theme parks, and other Kissimmee attractions. Dianne & Jerry's are great hosts and are only a phone call away.

Dear Dianne and Jerry, Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your beautiful 4 bed villa. The villa was impeccably clean upon arrival, and very comfortable. We all enjoyed having TVs in our bedrooms that had Netflix, and my girls loved being able to log on to Disney plus. It was a real bonus having Walmart 2 minutes away, and Disney was very easy to get to from the villa. The pool was warm and clean, and a really good size compared to other villas we have stayed in. It is by far the best villa we have stayed in in Orlando and we wouldn't hesitate to book again.

"We have rented many villa's over the years in the Orlando area and Dianne & Jerry's villa is up there with the best of them, this is an ideal location whether you want to visit the parks or just have all the amenities you need on your doorstep (restaurants/wallmart etc) everything is simply minutes away. The villa itself is spacious & clean and fully equipped with everything you'll ever need on holiday (including games room). Both my son and I particularly enjoyed the TV's with their sports channels, waking up to the premiership "live" most mornings was an added bonus. Our stay in Orlando was immensely enhanced by staying in the beautiful 4 bedroom Creekside villa. The Dining Room / Living Room area is so roomy and airy and a great place to hang out. Great comfortable couches, table near the kitchen and another in the dining room area along with a huge TV and music system. The pool was really great - just the right size and totally fenced in for privacy. And the music system is connected to outside so you can play your music while at the pool. We spent A LOT of hours just hanging out by the pool area or actually swimming. There's also a stocked playroom with Pool, Foosball and Air Hockey - a great room for the kids to enjoy, when they aren't on the play-station in one of the kids bedrooms. And the best part of this villa was our interaction with Dianne (the owner). She was really helpful prior to us reserving the villa, and even while we were there I reached out to her a couple of times with questions and she responded right away, either through text or actually calling me from the UK to assist in way possible. Was really a delight to work with. Would definitely reach out to her the next time we plan a trip to Orlando.

We have just arrived back from a wonderful 15 nights stay at Jerry and Dianne's 4 bedroom villa, everything was superb. From the moment of booking they were both always available to answer any questions & give as much help & information as possible. The villa is equipped with everything one could possibly need and is in a quiet secluded area with a lovely pool, so close to everywhere one wishes to go. We would highly recommend that anyone booking with them will not be disappointed with either of their villas or the help they will provide. So Dianne all I can add is that I wish I could return tomorrow, missing everything. Christine

We loved the location - Bass Road/Creekside has been a favourite area of ours for years as it is so central to all the central Florida attractions, shopping and eateries. We loved the house - the owners have made provisions for everything guests could need. The villa has a well stocked kitchen, wifi, a PC, towels in abundance, books to read, tvs in every room. Nothing lacking. All in all 10 out of 10. From our initial contact about renting the villa, right through to after our stay Dianne was helpful and went all out to make the whole experience as pleasant as possible. We had a very lovely stay at the villa ,has we walked into the villa we where greeted be a very clean and well equipped house with everything that you could need we felt right at home . From the bedrooms ,kitchen ,lounge all the rooms where perfect. All the equipment is easy to use and understand , clear instructions are left for Internet and the use of a PC helps . Good and easy travel to the parks , shops and to and from the airport. We wanted to come back this year to rekindle our love of Creekside as we were the first people to buy and move in on the development some 25 years ago. We were able to find Dianne and Jerry who we had contact with when we owned and were fortunate enough to be able to rent one of their properties for a month and to enjoy this lovely villa without having the responsibility of ownership. Things have changed a lot since we used to rent our villa out. Although it was just the two of us renting this villa, they have got everything covered, with televisions in every room with multi channels, things for the children to play with and a garage full of children's delights as well as adults. The position of this villa and development is so superb, with the Wal Mart one mile from the villa and an array of restaurants along the 192. The close proximity of the Disney Attractions is also a plus as they are so easy to get to. The pool is unoverlooked and the area is very quiet for relaxing. Dianne and Jerry keep the villa well maintained through their own work and their management company who cover things when they are not here. Once again thank you Dianne and Jerry for allowing us to relive our Florida Vacation that we always so much enjoyed over the past 25 years. April 2017 we stayed in the 4 bedroom villa offered by Diane and Jeremy. The villa is in an ideal location, 30 minutes from Orlando International airport and a 20 mins drive to both Disneyland resort and Universal studios. Walmart and Lidl are also 2 mins away. The villa is attractively decorated, providing us with a lovely place to stay, it is spacious which after a busy day at the attractions gave us plenty of space to relax. The kids loved the pool and games room. The villa is well equipped and well maintained- we made good use of the washing machine and dryer, coffee machine and ice maker!! Dianne and Jeremy couldn't have done more to ensure we enjoyed our holiday. Once we had booked the villa they signposted us to reasonably priced car hire. Overall We had an amazing time in Florida, if we were to return I wouldn't hesitate to book this villa again and I will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

We had a fantastic stay at the villa this Aug-Sept, it was very spacious and the pool was lush, the cot for the baby was perfect and the wifi worked really well. for us the location was perfect as we wanted to be opposite give kids the world village. Diane was an absolute pleasure to deal with and we will definately be repeat customers, can't wait to return.

We had a fantastic time at Dianne's Villa. Location was brilliant, actually location was virtually perfect as the big walmart is 500 yards up the road and believe me, we went every day to get fresh food, drinks and milk. Everything you need is a short hop away and the area is very very quite. Top tip, go to the flee market 500 yards on the right of walmart to get your fruit, its cheap and really really juicy. Villa itself was nice and clean as expected and had everything we needed. My son loved the pool table and i spent frustrated hours helping him hold the cue straight lol. But the real pleasure was how helpful Dianne was before we daparted. We had never been to the USA before and Dianne kindly gave us advice on more than one occasion on how we should prepare, what things to look out for and where to go. If we ever do florida again, we will certainly use Dianne again without hesitation. Ravi and Family
