Southern Dunes is only 20-30 minutes away from Disney World. Located in Haines City Florida, Southern Dunes has it’s own championship golf course and is close to supermarkets (a 24 hour Walmart), shops and restaurants. Southern Dunes has a 24hr a day manned entrance making it a very secure and safe community.

As owners, we visit our villa twice yearly and decorate and/or upgrade furnishings each time. It's important to us that our guests experience a clean and comfortable base for their Florida vacation.

We are only 15 minutes away from LEGOLAND®, It is the biggest LEGOLAND Park ever and offers a unique mix of more than 50 rides, shows and attractions, including spectacular LEGO® models and other interactive elements for the whole family to enjoy.

Our home is just a short drive from all the attractions of Disney and Orlando, yet set in beautiful, peaceful surroundings. A private pool, 4 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms, 2 lounges, a games room, with Walmart and restaurants just a short walk, it’s the perfect location for your family Disney adventure or a golf trip with friends.

Southern Dunes is an up-market, gated community with an enviable reputation. You'll have free access to the community pool, tennis courts, gym, children’s playground and the Club House. And for golfers, you have a superb course right on your doorstep. The villa has

The villa is WIFi enabled so bring along your Ipad, smartphone or laptop and stay connected with family and friends from anywhere around the villa. The TV service has an incredible 250 cable channels (100 in HD), providing something for everyone.

And the games room is ideal for relaxing in the evenings or when the Florida sunshine has a rare day off.

On a sunny day you can relax by the pool which is larger than most with lots of new pool furniture.

This home is the best we’ve stayed in. The pool area is fantastic, a great area to relax, lots of room. Same goes for inside, spacious, comfy, clean and well maintained. Hopefully this is the first of many stays in this fantastic home.

Amazing villa and location

Spent 15 glorious days here, a lot of time in the pool or playing golf on Southern Dunes course. Very convenient for Walmart. The villa was clean, tidy and well furnished. The games room was incredible. Would definitely book this villa again.

Villa is outstanding. Everything we could possible need was catered for. The villa was spotless and well furnished. Kids had a great time learning to play pool, and if not playing pool, we’re in the pool. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone.
