Surrounded by a Conservation Area, it encompasses over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the middle of the community. Once inside, you feel as if you have entered a special preserve.

Within minutes of Walt Disney World and a short drive to shopping and dining, this Island serves as a haven from the larger world while remaining central to everything; World's most popular destination with millions of visitors a year has to offer.

The other 2 bedrooms share another full bathroom. This relaxing haven boasts of a kitchen, dining area, breakfast nook, game room, 2 living rooms, patio, private pool, spa that are waiting to pamper guests just like you.

In the master bedroom on the ground floor, you can enjoy a good night’s rest in your very own king size bed with attached en-suit bathroom. Two living rooms on the ground floor provide a lot of sitting area with an additional half bathroom. 19 ft high ceiling gives a lot of light to the main Living room. No living room can be complete without a Big size flat screen TV for family fun. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator and a Nook area with 4 chairs dinning table. Another 6 chairs dinning table is across the kitchen.

Apart from the master bedroom on the ground floor, this Emerald Island rental has 5 additional bedrooms 3 of which offer large beds with attached bathrooms and the remaining 2 offer single beds. We opted for the upgraded kitchen and cooking equipment package when we furnished this Emerald Island gem, all this for your convenience and comfort. This Emerald Island rental villa comes complete with a refrigerator and ice dispenser, stove, oven, microwave oven, crock pot, electric kettle, ample pots and pans and dish washer. You will find a quaint little space designated as a breakfast nook. This 4-seats table offers a break from all the fuzz and commotion. It overlooks the pool area giving it a relaxing view while you’re enjoying a meal or cup of tea.

For your entertainment of course, who can forget the patio (covered lanai) with plenty of seating and lounge chairs for everyone in your party. The Emerald Island villa offers a tranquil pool and sunbathing area with a jetted Jacuzzi. With no near neighbors behind you, you will feel the tranquility. A screened pool keeps the pests out but lets the Florida sunshine in while you take a dip in your very own pool. If you prefer, you can simply relax under the stars in your very own outdoor spa/Jacuzzi.

Arrival and departure can be any day of the week.

NB: pool heat is extra (usually only required during the winter months: October - April) Pool Heat £85/US$135 per week

We accept all major credit cards ( subject to surcharge based on the Credit Card Company)

Once you decide to stay in the house you will be required to pay the initial deposit £400/US$500 to secure your requested dates. The balance will be due 10 weeks prior to your vacation). A refundable security deposit of £400/US$550 is payable with your balance. All details will be emailed in the quotation.

We will be happy to hold dates for you for 2-3 working days with no obligation while you are arranging the flights etc.
