This 4 bedroom/3 bathroom air conditioned home is located in the peaceful setting of Doral Woods, in easy reach of all the main attractions.

Sleeps up to 10 and has flexibility with the sleeping arrangements by having two master suites with king and queen size beds and two twin-bedded rooms. In addition there is a sofa bed and rollaway bed.

Own private, screened pool with a stand alone five seater hot tub on the pool decking.

Child friendly with crib, highchair, playard and stroller and has many extras including an extensive DVD library, PS2, wireless internet connection, TVs in bedrooms which allow Prime/Netflix and many more, gas BBQ, table tennis, air hockey, foosball and darts.

Description

The home provides a peaceful haven to return to after the hustle and bustle of a day out at the parks. Alternatively, it is a relaxing base for lazing around the pool or soaking up the therapy of the deep hot tub. Inside activities include an extensive range of in-house DVDs and many board games for those quality moments with your children. For those feeling more like some action, there is a games room with air hockey, foosball, table tennis table and a dart board - just right for those inter-family challenges. Some gym equipment is provided.

The Setting Doral Woods is a very peaceful development within easy reach of Disney and lots of other attractions. It has a community pool as well as a floodlit tennis court for use by the guests. Within a ten-minute drive is supermarkets, banks, restaurants, golf and horse riding. Just up the road is the Osceola Environmental Center which is open at weekends to visitors free of charge. There you can wander along the boardwalk over the swamps and go alligator spotting. You will also see many of the wonderful water birds of Florida and perhaps spot the Bald Eagle’s untidy but enormous nest.

The home is particularly well suited for two families or for those travelling with a nanny or a Granny with two master suites. It is very child-friendly with lots of baby/ child equipment, including cot (crib), highchair and playpen/yard and at no extra charge. There are child-proof locks on some cupboards. It is thoughtfully furnished and versatile with plenty of space to accommodate larger parties. The house has many everyday extras not always available in the rental sector giving a home from home experience. A Fourteen-foot high cathedral ceiling in the living room adds to the spacious feeling. For room layout please see the floor plan with the photographs. Laundry facilities are provided in a separate air-conditioned utility room and include a super-sized washer and tumble dryer and laundry sink with an extra hanging room.

Rental rates are for party sizes up to eight people and are inclusive of taxes.

Use of the large free-standing five seater hot tub is included in the price. Pool heating if required is an additional GBP95/US$120 per week and prior notice should be given.

Additional people are charged at GBP10/US$15 per night.

Stays of less than 7 nights will be charged a cleaning fee of GBP120/US$140
