Home from home. The house was welcoming and had all the amenities we wished for. Our main focus was relaxing by the pool which didn't disappoint. Everything was clean, and when we did have an issue with the hot tub the management team arrived within a couple hours to take care of it great response . We could not hear any traffic from the main road, the pool fountains was great and the different coloured lights in the pool at night. We would 100% recommend this property for a family vacation, and hope to be back next year what a great place thank you Steve.

Having been lucky enough to holiday in Florida for almost 30 years, I can honestly say this was one of the best homes I’ve stayed in. Spacious, clean, very safe area, pool and garden which gets the sun all day and close to everything you’ll need. Steve and Wendy were great hosts, very accommodating and really easy to deal with. I hope I’ll get to return here again and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Excellent first class service from owners, support from start to finish including help with hire car, information regarding what to expect when we get there, local information. App included all the information we needed for the property and was an excellent touch. As a result we had no trouble finding the property or using the facilities once we arrived. Property inside and out is maintained to the highest of standards. Beautifully kept pool and garden area for relaxing. Inside air conditioning and very comfortable furniture. Ensuite bathroom was a blessing and massive walk in wardrobe/dressing area. Sheets/linen were comfortable clean and well presented. Travel to the Disney parks was easy once I stuck to the cheap toll roads, Around 20/30 minutes. Overall the family had an amazing time holiday of a lifetime and was made possible by the accommodation being perfect. Deposit for the property was returned swiftly on arrival back to UK. Steve is a great host, very attentive and nothing is too much trouble. Full info pack sent out to us prior to travelling, the villa is superb very comfortable and in a great location whether you want to golf or go to the theme parks. Large pool and deck are great, with a bit of welcome shade in the afternooons. There are lots of extras at this Villa ie: Gas BBQ, games room, DVDs, games and books. Will definitely be staying again.

Lovely clean , comfortable and spacious home with a very private pool. Four corners is a quiet community, the road network is great for access to the parks and shops. There were some issues with the pool which Steve and the property manager resolved immediately

Super clean! Comfy beds and great showers. Pool safety in place for those with young kids. Always felt safe and secure. Pool heat was worth it. Pool and hot tub were great just wish we had spent more time at the house using them. We had 5 teens with us and they had plenty of room to relax. We would rent this home again without hesitation if we return to Orlando.

I’ve stayed at private homes in central Florida 6 or 7 times over the years and this was by far the nicest home we’ve rented. The furnishings and grounds are impeccable and spotless doesn’t even cover how clean the home is. (Wish I could take their housekeeping crew back to Chicago with me!) Communication with both owner and property management was easy and fast. The location in Davenport is a bit of a drive from the parks but this was mostly a working trip for me so it wasn’t a daily issue - honestly I think you get much higher quality accommodations as you get further from the chaos of Disney, anyway. The neighbourhood is nice it was quiet and safe. Highly recommend and hope Steven will consider hosting us again sometime!

The areas was super quiet and close to almost anything you needed and lots of attractions. We felt safe and relaxed. it was very clean and spacious and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it as a nice rental. The contact with owner prior to arrival was thorough and always polite. We use another website yearly and would recommend this house to others.

Our vacation at the villa was a nice relaxing week of enjoyment, with 90 degree weather as a pleasant contrast to our typical Michigan March weather. The property was as described, and Steven was an exceptional owner, being very responsive and courteous when we had questions. Our favorite feature, of course, was the pool/hot tub. The property was very clean, I recommend this property, and you’ll appreciate Steven’s professionalism. One note: do purchase and bring the following, as they are not at the house: - napkins - paper towels - Extra toilet paper - facial tissues - extra hand and dish soap - trash bags as its self catering home Overall, we rate it a 5 out of 5 stars, and the villa is a great place for your families Florida getaway.

We had such a great time! steven was very responsive and helpful throughout the process and even called to check in and make sure things were going well! I made a mistake with my dates when I booked the property and he was so nice and worked with me to accommodate my mistake. Everything was clean and tidy, the pool was a perfect temp and our 7 month old, 10 and 13 year olds all loved the stay! We actually got engaged there so the stay was even more special for us. We had an issue with security codes but steven and the property manager were both helpful and we were able to get in and out everyday and that’s what mattered most! We had such an amazing time and will definitely be back when we can!

Luxury 4 Bedroom Villa on Four Corners davenport Family and I spent a week at the Belgravia Villa! Was absolutely stunning. Loved the cleanliness of the place! Was very comfortable as a family of 6 with an infant and toddler. Game room was great. Very spacious! Would definitely be back in the near future! Owner was very responsive at any question asked.
