Hampton Lakes
Hampton Lakes is a gated development set amongst the rolling hills and Orange Groves of the Davenport countryside. Situated off of Highway 27 and with excellent access to the surrounding areas Hampton Lakes is one of the most sought after Vacation resorts.
Hampton Lakes has a true Floridian feel to it, from the impressive Palm Trees that greet to when you arrive to the beautifully designed and landscaped grounds. Everywhere you look you are surrounded by mature plants, trees and Palms gently swaying on the tropical breeze.
Whilst being a premier vacation resort, Hampton Lakes offers guest a wealth of facilities and also maintains a very peaceful and relaxing environment. Hampton Lakes is maintained to a high standard, and this is reflected by the quality of the vacation homes available to rent.

There is a large communal swimming pool and cabana that overlooks one of the lakes, there are sun lounger’s also so that you can relax and work on your tan.
If tennis is your thing, then why not play on one of the Tennis Courts on Hampton Lakes, they are fully fenced is and Floodlight for your convenience!
If you prefer Basketball, you can shoot some hoops on the courts – again floodlight for some night time sports.
Maybe volleyball is an option for you! You can play on the white sands of the volleyball courts and imagine you are at the beech!
Are you on holiday with young children? Why not take advantage of the children’s play areas? With slides, tunnels and climbing frames your little ones will be in their element.
If you are after something a little more relaxing after a long day, why not take a stroll around Hampton Lakes and explore it for yourself. You will see plenty of beautiful flowers, Palm Trees and of course the famous Lakes themselves.
It’s easy to forget surrounded by such peace and quiet that Hampton Lakes is just short drive away from Disney World, Champions Gate, Premier Golf Courses, Restaurants, Supermarkets and much much more. Berry Town Centre is less then 5 Minutes away and is home to some great restaurants and supermarkets. The I4 is a 5 minute drive also, which gives you excellent access to the coasts for a day out at the beaches.
